Cost: Free if register intention before the day, $20 if turning up on the day
To celebrate the opening on the Penrith training location, Shidoshi Joel Gruber, will be holding an introductory Bujinkan seminar on 30th January 2011. At this seminar we will be going through some of the key fundamentals of Bujinkan including:
Ukemi (injury avoidance) and taihen (body movement).
Sanshin no kata and kihon (fundamentals movements of the bujinkan).
Sword work.
In addition, if you register your intention before the day, this is a free event.

Notes:
Training will be held in an outdoor location therefore training is subjective to the weather. If in the case of inclement weather, people that register will be informed the event has been cancelled and will be moved to a different Sunday
Training involves physical contact with training partners.
Traning practitioners must be aged 16 or older. Younger practitioners than this may be accepted on a case by case basis. If you are younger, when you register please note your age and also your interest in training.
After this introductroy seminar classes will be from 11am - 12:30pm on Sundays. The cost of class is $10 per class.
